Is it really free? Do I need an account?
It’s free, and there’s no account to create. After uploading, you go straight to the editor.
Which audio files work?
MP3 and WAV, up to 10 minutes and 100 MB per song. WAV files are compressed in your browser before upload, so they upload faster.
Which languages can it recognize?
Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, and Bengali. Choose the lyric language before you upload.
How long does recognition take?
Usually a minute or two. You land in the editor right after upload, and the lyrics appear as soon as they’re ready.
What if it gets something wrong?
Fix it while you listen: double-click a line to edit the words, press Enter to align it to the current playback position, or press [ or ] to nudge it by 50 ms.
How is my work saved?
There are no accounts yet, so the editor’s URL is your workspace. Save with the button or Cmd/Ctrl+S, then bookmark the URL to pick up where you left off.
